• You may track your package on the USPS website with the provided tracking number.  Please allow 24-48 hours from the receipt of the email to track your package.
• If you have ordered a preorder item, please re-read the listing for specific shipping times.
• Order will be delayed and shipped in full when all preorder items are available regardless of chosen shipping method.  
• If you would like your non-preorder items shipped first; you will need to place a separate order.
• If you would like to cancel a PREORDER item that has not yet shipped, you may, but you will incur a 15% handling fee
• Custom order 'License to Boot' License Plate boots will be shipped out within 2-4 business weeks upon receipt

• We Ship out Monday-Friday; please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.
• Please allow 24-48 hours from the receipt of the email to track your package.
• We will provide you with a tracking number.  Once it is in the post office hands it is no longer in our control and you will have to take up any issues with USPS.  
• We do not replace lost/stolen packages.  
• Priority mail is insured.  First Class Mail is not. 
• We will not take any special request for shipping times.
  

• If you enter the wrong address or fail to enter your apartment number, and it is returned to sender you will be charged for shipping to have it sent again

Once an order is placed, we cannot edit or alter, this includes cancelation as well as coupon codes and discounts. Please double check to be sure your address and email address is correct before placing your order.  You will not receive our shipment notification with your tracking number if your email address is incorrect.
